JOCO WORKS Professional Youth Conference (Pro) is a half-day event designed for 10th-grade students to prepare for work-based learning opportunities in the community. Work-based learning gives students real-world experience where they can apply classroom knowledge, refine workplace skills, and build relationships, ensuring they are ready for both work and life after graduation.

At Pro, students attend workshops on topics like dressing for success and workplace communication, led by local employers. They also engage in mock interviews with volunteer professionals, receiving valuable feedback to help them succeed in their careers.
